Welcome to Bramtrutprer. By scheduling studio time, accessing our recording space, or utilizing our production facilities, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Studio Reservations & Rates

Studio time is billed according to our published rates (starting at 190 EUR per standard single hour) or as specified in a formal written quotation. Studio time begins promptly at the scheduled start hour and concludes at the agreed wrap time.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Reservations may be rescheduled without penalty up to 48 hours prior to the session start time. Cancellations received under 24 hours prior to booking are subject to a 50% studio retention fee to compensate for reserved technician staff and facility blocking.

3. Intellectual Property & Media Ownership

The client retains 100% full intellectual property rights and commercial exploitation rights to all raw video footage, audio stems, and edited master files captured during paid sessions. Bramtrutprer claims no copyright interest in client recordings.

4. Facility Conduct & Equipment Care

Clients and invited guests are expected to treat the studio acoustic installations and delicate optical equipment with standard care. Any deliberate damage or negligent misuse of hardware will be assessed and billed at actual replacement cost.

5. Limitation of Liability

While Bramtrutprer employs redundant multi-track recording systems and high-reliability storage media, our total liability for any technical failure or session interruption shall not exceed the total session fee paid for that specific recording block.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
